Periodic Table X is built to collect as little as possible: no accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies. This page explains the small amount of data involved when you visit.

No accounts, no forms

Periodic Table X has no user accounts, sign-up forms or newsletters. You never need to give us your name, email address or any other personal details to use the site.

Saved on your device only

Your theme, quiz settings, best quiz scores, course progress and saved elements are kept in your browser’s local storage. They are never sent to us, and you can delete them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Content delivery and security

The site is delivered through the Cloudflare content delivery network, which serves pages quickly from a location near you and protects the site from attacks. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell visitors apart from automated bots; it is not used for tracking or advertising.

Anonymous statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across other websites and does not build a profile of you. We only see totals, such as page views, countries and browser types.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs with the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser type. They are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are deleted automatically after a short period.

No ads, no selling

There are no advertisements on Periodic Table X, and we do not sell, rent or share any data with advertisers or data brokers.

We may change this privacy policy at any time. The updated version applies as soon as it is published on this page, so please check back from time to time. If you keep using Periodic Table X after a change, you accept the updated policy.
